摘要
高压节能潜油电机是为解决电泵井生产过程中用电量大、采油成本高等问题开发研制而成的。依据潜油电机的构成和有关参数的技术分析 ,全面介绍了高压节能电机开发研制的技术依据、技术路线、技术关键 ,以及开发研制前后的节能降耗效果对比。高压节能潜油电机具有运行电流低、系统功耗低、使用寿命长、作业和修理费用低、节省电网容量和制造成本低等特点 ,值得在油田生产中进一步推广应用。
The high-voltage energy-saving submersible motors are developed for solving such problems as high electric quantity and high oil recovery costs consuming during working process of electric pump wells. Through referencing technical analysis of the construction and parameters related of submersible motors,this paper introduces all-sided the technical base,route,master key of them,and also comparises the energy-saving effect.These motors possess many apparent featrues,such as low working electric current,low power wastage,long serviceable life,low operation and repairing cost,save capacity of electric fence,decrease working costs ,and are worth of spreading in exploration of oil areas and will do important effect in oil production-raising and consumption-saving.
