论英国都铎王朝中央财政机构的过渡性特征

On the Transitional Characters of the Tudor Central Finance Institution

都铎时期,英国中央财政机构发生了重大变革。对这场变革性质的界定,史学界历来是见仁见智,莫衷一是。综观这一时期的财政机构,笔者认为,都铎王朝的财政机构既不完全是中世纪性的,也不完全是近代性的。一方面,都铎王朝的财政机构仍保留着某些中世纪旧财政机构的残余,另一方面,又出现了某些带有近代特征的新财政机构的萌芽,呈现出一种承上启下的过渡性时代特征。

In the Tudor Ages, England central finance institution changed greatl y. On this change's nature, different historians have different opinions. After ge neral review, We think that the Tudor central finance institution belongs to nei ther the middle age's, nor the modern's. It has some transitional characters, wh ich keeps the remains of the old financial institution in the Tudor Ages. On the other hand, it shows both the seeds of new financial institution in the modern times and the connecting transitional features of times.
