摘要
在我国,人力资源开发还存在着过程中的诸多矛盾,人力资源市场配置的低效性还不适应我国经济体制改革所走的独特转轨路径。要从人力资源市场的建立及市场配置机制、配套措施等方面加以规范,实现人力资源供需的动态平衡,使我国人力资源市场获得可持续发展动力。
In China, there exist many contradictories in the process of exploit at ion of manpower resources. The low efficiency of market distribution of manpower resources doesn't adapt the peculiar route that economic system reform of our c ountry takes. The market building of manpower resources and the mechanism of mar ket distribution should be normal. The supply and need of manpower resources is dynamic balance, so the market of manpower resources may obtain the power of sus tainable development.
