草地畜牧业的出路在于建立草业系统

PRATACULTURAL SYSTEM-THE WAY TO SUCCESS OF PASTORAL ANlMAL HUSBANDRY

本文明确指出:草地畜牧业传统发展的旧道路已走到了尽头,新的出路在于用系统的观点建立起结构合理、功能齐全的草业系统。具体计算了草业系统两个层次的巨大生产潜势;并以国内外具体资料证明了草业系统与其它农业生态系统的耦合效益。为有效地实施草业系统,作者郑重建议在农业部内设立草业局。

This paper has pointed out that tranditionac Way of developing pastoral animal husbandry has come to an end.The new route is to establish a pratacultural system which has multiple structures and runctions with the view of systems analysis. This paper has also calculated great production potential of the two levels of the pratacultural system. It has confirmed the coupling effect of the pratacultural system and other ecological systems of ogriculture. In order to practise the pratacultural system more effectively, the authors have suggested to set up the Bureau of Prataculture under the Ministry of Agriculture.
