摘要
本文研究了非J控制扩展条件下,材料符合塑性增量理论的断裂参量(?)_1积分;并由高玉臣和黄克智的解和(?)_1积分建立了断裂评定参量裂纹尖端张开角CTOA的理论表达式,在详细弹塑性有限元计算和大型CT试件的裂纹扩展过程实测的基础上,建立了非J控制扩展条件下的弹朔性断裂的安全评定方法。
In the present paper, a j1-integral is investigated for a material characterized by an incremental plasticity model under the non-J-conirolled crack growth situation. Based on the Gao-Hwang solution of the near-tip fieid and the concept of ji-integral, an analytical relation linking CTOA and j1 is established. A detailed numerical simulation and the experimental program for CT specimen with the large size are performed A structure integrity assessment approach based on elastic-plastic fracture under the non-7-controlled growth is proposed.
