摘要
对 6种不同磷效率基因型大豆生物量、苗期根际微生物以及它们之间的关系进行了研究 ,结果表明 :大豆基因型磷效率 (PPER)与单粒大豆种子重量 (SSW)有关 ,且不同磷效率基因型大豆在苗期出现了根际微生物数量比根外微生物数量相对少的趋势 ,但不同基因型大豆其根际微生物的根际效应与磷效率的高低关系不明显。相关分析表明 。
The biomass, rhizosphere microorganisms in the seedling stage, and relationship among 6 native soybean genotypes of different phosphorus efficiency were studied. The results were as follows: Plant phosphorus efficiency ratio (i.e PPER) of the soybean genotypes was correlative with single seed weight (i. e, SSW). And the quantity of rhizosphere microorganisms of different phosphorus efficiency soybean in the seedling stage was greater than that of non-rhizosphere microorganisms. However, there was no obvious correlation between rhizosphere effect and PPER. The correlation analysis indicated that the quantity of actinomyceto was greatly correlated with several properties of different PPER soybean genotypes.
