摘要
介绍了云母的超细磨矿过程中助磨剂对粉碎效果的影响,研究表明助磨剂主要是通过与云母粉的吸附,起到降低矿浆粘度,改善矿浆中固体颗粒的分散性而产生助磨作用,试验证明在磨矿过程中使用助磨剂可以提高磨矿效率,降低能耗。
The effects of grinding-aid agent on the superfine grinding process of mica are introduced. The study has shown that the absorption of grinding-aid in mica powder, contributed to reduction of the pulp viscosity and raise the dispersivity of the powders in grinding process. The experiment has proved that applying grinding aid agent to grinding process can improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the energy consumption.
