摘要
本试验选用14日龄花边肉鸭(生长速度介于本地麻鸭和快大型肉鸭的肉鸭品种)共444只,随机分为4组,每组设三个重复,每个重复37只,分别饲喂代谢能(ME)10.878、10.460、10.042MJ/kg及9.623MJ/kg+复合酶(1kg/t饲料)的四种日粮处理,各日粮处理的原料组成、粗蛋白含量、可消化赖氨酸及含硫氨基酸含量相同。试验期间试鸭自由采食和饮水。14d的试验结果表明,在10.878~10.042MJ/kg范围内日粮ME和肉鸭采食量及耗料/增重(FCR)呈显著(p<O.05)或极显著(p<0.01)的线性负相关,ME每下降418.4kJ/kg,肉鸭采食量和FCR分别上升3.16%、4.88%,但对增重影响不明显(p≥o.279)。根据本试验获得的肉鸭日粮ME和FCR的函数关系建立的回归方程(p=0.0056,R2=0.9999)及加酶日粮的FCR值可推算出日粮ME值,推算的加酶日粮ME值和该日粮配方设定的ME值的差值定义为外源复合酶制剂的表观ME值。根据此方法计算出本试验用复合酶制剂的表观ME值为245.2MJ/kg酶。这一测定饲用酶制剂表观代谢能值的方法由笔者首次提出,因与实验室化学分析常用的标准曲线法类似故命名为“标准曲线法”。
An experiment was designed to evaluate the effect of graded levels of dietary metabolizable energy(ME)on the Performance of meat -type ducks and to determine the apparent dietary metabolizable energy (AME)of commercial enzyme preparation(CEP)used in duck diets.'Four hundred and forty-four ducks of14days old were randomly allocated to four treatments,each with111birds and three replicates.Four treatments received diets with10.878,10.460,10.042,9.623M J /kg ME,respectively,the diet of9.623M J /kg ME treatment was added with CEP at the dosage of1000g /ton of feed.Ducks were fed ad libitum for two weeks.The results showed that there was a negative correlation relationship between dietary ME level and feed intake as well as feed conversion ratio(FCR)linearly(p<0.05for feed intake,p<0.01for FCR),but a slightimpact on weight gain (P≥0.279)within the range of10.878410.042M J /kg of dietary ME.Feed intake and FCR increased by3.16%,4.88%respectively as dietary ME was reducedat the rate of418.4kJ /kg.The standard curve based on regression equation establishedfrom the functional relationship between FCR and dietary ME (p =0.0056,R2=0.9999)maybe used to calculate AME of CEP.The AME of CEP used in this trial calculated from thestandard curve was245.2kJ /kg feed or245.2MJ /kg CEP.This method determining AMEof CEP was proposed firstly by the author of this paper and termed“standard curvemethod”.
