文中讨论了包装教育培养体系对包装发展的重要性,阐述了培养有创新精神和创新能力高级包装人才的必要性,分析了创新型包装人才的基本要求和结构特点。提出了培养创新型复合人才的理论体系。结合南京林业大学包装工程专业特点对复合型人才培养的教育模式进行了探索和实践。
It discusses the importance of education and training system oi packaging development, describes the necessary of training the personnel with the high level spirit and capability of creation in packaging,analyzes the basic requirements and structure feature, and puts the theoretic system of training creative packaging. It describes the exploration and practice of the educational model to train the comprehensive personnel,which it has been carried out at Nanjing Forestry University.
