摘要
文中主要介绍国内外铜金粉的研究现状及传统制备方法的具体步骤和缺点,并根据纳米铝粉的物理气相沉积制备法,提出了铜金粉的研究方向,特别强调了纳米级片状铜金粉。
In this paper, recent research, development trend, the detail and defect of traditional methods of preparation such as ball-milling, vibration-milling, of Cu-Zn alloy powder are introduced. According to the preparation of nanograde Al powder by PVD, new method to prepare Cu-Zn alloy powder is put forward, and the process for making nanograde laminar Cu-Zn alloy powder is especially emphasized.
