摘要
阐述了利用废纸造纸的意义,我国回收废纸的差距和国外回收利用废纸造纸的成功经验,提出了以系统工程的要求加强国内废纸回收和用好废纸资源发展造纸工业的意见和建议。
In this paper are expounded the significance of water paper utilization, the disparity of our country in waste paper recovery, andthe successful experience abroad in waste paper recovery and utilization. Opinions and suggestions are put forward, in the light of therequirements of systematic engineering, in strengthening domestic waste paper recovery and improving the utilization of waste paperresources in paper industry development.
