中国三种野生稻谷粒外稃乳突结构的电镜观察

The ESM Observation on Tubercles on Lamma in Three Species of Wild Rice Existed in China

用扫描电镜对中国的普通野生稻、药用野生稻、疣粒野生稻以及栽培籼、粳稻谷粒外稃的乳突结构进行了观察和比较。结果表明 :普通野生稻、药用野生稻和栽培籼稻的乳突属锐型双峰乳突 ,疣粒野生稻的乳突属瘤型单峰乳突 ,栽培粳稻属钝型双峰乳突。谷粒外稃乳突特征是稳定的微观形态形状。

The tubercle structures of the three wild rices O. rufipogon, O. officinalis, O. Meyeriana, as well as cultivated indica (O. sativa L. subsp hsien ) and japonica (O. sativa L. subsp keng) rices were observed by the electric scanning microscope (ESM). The result showed that the tubercles of O. rufipogon,O. officinalis and indica cultivated rice were belonged to “acute bi-peak” type, that of O. meyeriana to “warty simple-peak” type,and that of japonica cultivated rice to “obtuse bi-peak” type. The tubercle character is a stabl agronomy trait.
