摘要  生物芯片是近十年来发展起来的一项新技术,其实质是一种微型化的生化分析仪器,可分为被动式和主动式两大类。主动式芯片技术是指在芯片的构建和生化反应中直接引入外力或场的作用,它具有快速、高效、自动化的特点,是构建芯片实验室、实现过程集成化的基本部件。主动式芯片技术已成为生物芯片技术研究的重点。文章介绍了几种典型的主动式生物芯片的原理、应用及其研究情况。 Biochip technology is a novel technology that has received much attention around the world in recent years Biochips are essentially miniaturized analytical devices for biochemistry It can be divided into two categories: passive biochips and active biochips With features of rapidity,highefficiency and automation due to application of physical forces or fields for chip construction and assay,the active biochip is potentially a basic element for labonachip to realize the integration of bioassay processes,and it has become the most important field of biochip research In this article,typical active biochips are introduced Their principles,applications and progresses in development are described in detail
