摘要
介绍了一种基于多谐振荡器的电压频率转换器,着重论述了多谐振荡器的设计原理,并对以此为基础设计的压频转换器的温度特性和线性度进行了分析。模拟结果显示,这种转换器线性度好,温度稳定性较高,频率范围较好,有很好的实用价值。
