In this paper,close loop control system of stepper motor base on high micro step driver module is proposed for the angle position tracking. In the part of pulse controlling,the step size is 0.27′ through micro step running style of 400 dividing. In the part of position feedback,high precision angle tracking is carried out through the mutipole two speed resolver and the fusion of 21 bit coarse fine angle signal.
