摘要
河东乌麦 5 2 6、黑粒小麦 76、漯珍 1号为 3个黑粒小麦新品种 ,富含天然黑色素 ,蛋白质和 18种氨基酸以及对人体有利的各种微量元素的含量都显著高于普通小麦 ,具有特殊的调节和保健功能。通过这 3个黑粒小麦品种与京 411(白粒 )杂交 ,分析其粒色遗传。研究结果表明河东乌麦 5 2 6的色素分布在糊粉层中 ,黑粒性状是胚乳性状 ,受两对互补基因控制 ,F2 代符合 9(黑色 )∶7(白色 )的分离规律。漯珍 1号、黑粒小麦 76的色素分布在果皮和种皮中 ,黑粒性状是种皮和果皮性状 ,均为不完全显性 ,漯珍 1号的黑粒性状受一对基因控制 ,F3 代符合 3(黑色 )∶1(白色 )的分离规律 ,黑粒小麦 76的黑粒性状受两对互补基因控制 ,F3 代符合 9(黑色 )∶7(白色 )的分离规律。
Black kernel wheat is rich in natural pigment, vitamins, protein, amino acids and beneficial trace elements, so it has special nutritious value. 3 black kernel wheat cultivars, Hedongwumai 526, Luozhen 1, Heilixiaomai 76, were crossed with Jing411. The results showed that Kernel color of Hedongwumai 526 is controlled by two reciprocally dominant genes for dark blue aleurone, the segregation for black kernel color in F 2 populations fits 9(dark) ∶ 7(white) ratio. Kernel color of Luozhen 1 is controlled by one incompletely dominant gene for dark purple pericarp and testa, the segregation for black color in F 3 populations fits 3(dark) ∶ 1(white) ratio. Kernel color of Heilixiaomai 76 is controlled by two incompletely dominant genes for dark purple pericarp and testa, the segregation in F 3 populations fits 9(dark) ∶ 7(white) ratio.
