摘要
本文研究了不同锰浓度处理对大豆种子萌发率、种子活力指数、发芽指数和发芽势等的影响。实验结果表明 ,适宜的锰浓度处理提高了大豆种子的发芽率 ,增加了发芽势和发芽指数 ,大大提高了活力指数 ,也使大豆根的鲜重有所提高 ,其中1.0mg/L锰处理对大豆种子萌发最有利。
The effect of different manganese (Mn) treatment on germination percentage, vigor index, germination index and germination power have been studied. The results showed that suitable Mn soaking exhibit the increasing of germination percentage, vigor index, germination index and germination power and raise slightly root weights. The treatment of 1mg/L Mn is advantageous to seed germination of soybean.
