摘要 通过对起重机钢结构的疲劳强度进行讨论,建议修改《起重机设计规范》(GB3811—83)中钢结构疲劳计算所采用的最大应力法;在起重机设计中应考虑残余应力对焊接结构疲劳强度的重大影响,而采用新的应力幅法进行疲劳计算;并且根据工民建新标准《钢结构设计规范》(GBJ17—88)中对应疲劳计算的应力幅法,从起重机钢结构的特点出发,推导编制了与起重机工作级别相应的许用应力幅表。 The paper suggests to revise the maximum stress method used for the fatigue strength computation of the crane steelstructure in the Design Specifications of Cranes (GB3811-83) through the discussion on the fatigue strength of the crane steelstructure. It also suggests that considerations should be taken to the great implications of the residual stress on the fatigue strengthof the welded structure in the crane design and the new stress amplitude method should be adopted for the fatigue computation. Itfurther makes the derivation from the characteristics of the crane steel structure and works out the table of the permissible stressamplitude corresponding to the crane working grades in accordance with the stress amplitude method corresponding to the fatiguecomputation of the new Design Specifications of Steel Structure (GBJ17-88) for the civil and industrial buildings.
