摘要
论述与高速连铸密切相关的保护渣技术,指出高速连铸与常速连铸用保护渣在其物性上有较大差异。高速连铸保护渣应具有较低的粘度,较低的结晶温度,较低的软化及熔融温度、合适的碱度和较快的熔化速度。配制高速连铸保护渣时应限制CaF_2、Na_2O的加入量,适当添加BaO、B_2O_3、Li_2O、K_2O、MgO等的助熔剂是有益的。
The present paper described the mould flux technique closely related with hlgh velocity concasting indicating that dramatic difference exists between high velocity concasting flux and normal concasting flux in the physical properties. The former features lower viscosity, lower crystallization temperature, lower softening and melting temperature, proper basicity and higher melting rate. It is more benefitial to set a limit to CaF_2, N_2O content and make proper addition of BaO, B_2O_3, Li_2O, K_2O and MgO in preparing the high velocity ccncasting flux.
