摘要
分析我国目前转炉供氧操作指出:中、小型转炉和大型转炉的供氧操作应分别为用仪表监测与人工经验相结合控制供氧和计算机静态控制供氧,进而动态控制供氧;转炉炼钢要禁止低氧压操作和推广二次燃烧氧枪;应开展提高氧枪质量、转炉喷煤粉和石灰粉冶炼、安全用氧等课题研究,提高供氧操作水平。
The present paper indicates through analysis on the current operational status of oxygen supplv in oxygen converters of the country that the reasonable process for oxygen supply in the large, medium and small size converters should be initially employing a combined O_2 supply control practice by instrument monitoring and manual manipulation, then conducting static computer control and finally going into a dynamical control over O_2 supply. Low O_2 pressure operation should be rigidly avoided and post combustion oxygen lance be broadly popularized. Research and development is recommended on such subjects as improvement in O_2 lance quality, coal powder injection and addition of lime stone fines into the bath of converters, safety in oxygen supply, etc to raise the level of operation in O_2 supply.
