摘要
本文介绍了改用绝热板连铸中间包的过程中所遇到的板型设计、钢液面保温、绝热板倒蹋、沸腾等问题及其解决此类问题的经验。
The paper deals with the problems which have been found in adopting insulating board in tundish of continuous casting, such as board design、insulation of the liquid steel level、collapse of insulating board、rimming of liguid steel etc. It also describs the experience with soloving these problems.
