CG砂的研制及其用于铺补平炉炉底的实践

THE DEVELOPMENT OF CG SAND AND ITS PRACTICE IN PATCHING THE BOTTOM OF OPEN HEARTH

重钢公司研制的CG砂,应用于铺补三上升道普通平炉的炉底,取得了良好效果。在实践中总结出了“确保纯度,厚层铺补,快速烧结,逐渐增厚(烧结层)”的经验。

Using CG sand developed by Chong Qin lron and Steel Company to patch the bottom of ordinary open hearth with 3 uptakes, results in good effect. In practice, the experience that ensuring purity、thick layer patching、rapid sinterlng、gradually thickening (sinter layer), has been summaried.
