煤粉燃料对回转窑生产的冶金石灰含硫量的影响

摘要 实验室热模拟和生产试验都证明,在回转窑中以煤作燃料生产石灰,煤中硫有15~18%进入用此石灰制成的粉剂中。因此,选择含硫量小于0.5%的煤作燃料,用回转窑煅烧低硫石灰石,是可以生产出含硫量小于0.1%的一级冶金石灰的。 It has been proved, by Lab hot Simulatioa and industrial trial that using eoal as fuel to produce lime in rotary kiln, will result in 15——18% of sulphur in coal entering into the power which is produced from the limestone. So,selecting coal with sulphur content less than O. 5% as fuel, and burning lime stone with low sulphur content,will produce first class metallurgical lime mith sulphur content less than O.1%
