论述了我国电炉炼钢炉外精炼的现状与问题,提出了发展这一技术的措施.1前言 1991年我国电炉钢达1500万吨,炉外精炼比3.6%。经过近十年的技术改造和新建,电炉冶炼技术正趋向现代化工艺短流程,即:废钢精料-超高功率电炉-炉外精炼-连铸-铸坯热送。
