摘要
我国现有250m^3石灰窑40多座,其砌筑结构采用分层环砌。材质一般内环用高炉粘土砖,普通粘土砖、中间部位用轻质粘土砖、靠炉壳处为红砖和高炉渣。该炉衬寿命短、能耗高。本钢设计的一种新型窑衬,寿命高、经济效益显著。
In China there are over 40 limestone kilns with a nominal volume of 250m^3 each which take the form of ring shaped lining by layers as the brickworking structure. As for the lining materials for those kilns blast furnace clay bricks and ordinary clay bricks are often used in the inner ring,lightweight bricks in the intermediate portion and red bricks and blast furnace slag in the outside ring close to the shell. This mode of lining probably suffered from short lining life and high energy consumption. In contrat to it the new design of lining by Benxi Iron & Steel Company enjoys much longer service life and has tremendous economic benefits.
