摘要
通过对16MnR、20g钢连铸板坯的低倍组织检验评级和轧材的偏析形态观察、力学焊接性能、偏析度检测以及偏析区显微组织分析等专项研究,查明偏析情况及其钢板性能的影响;采取适当措施后改善中心偏析的效果;并针对设备和工艺的实际情况提出进一步改善中心偏析的建议。
The central segregation in 16 MnR and 20g eoncast slabs and its effects on the properties of the steel plate are clarified by examination and grading of the macrostructures, observation of the pattern of segragation, evaluation of mechanical and welding properties, measurement on the segregation degree as well as analysis of the mierostructures in the segregation area, e,t.c. Results of the measures being taken to check the central segregation are reported and suggestions for further improvement in this field in light of the present conditions of operational process and equipments proposed in the article,
