摘要
通过正交实验得到了合成维生素C多聚磷酸酯的最佳工艺条件 :n(维生素C)∶n(三偏磷酸钠 ) =1.0∶1.3 ,pH =9.9～ 10 .2 ,温度为 3 4℃ ,无催化剂时 ,产率可达 99.8% ,产物质量好。
Orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the optimal synthetic process of ascorbyl polyphosphate from sodium metaphosphate and ascorbic acid. The results showed that the molar ratio of L ascorbic acid and trimetaphosphate was 1.0∶1.3, pH of the solution was 9.910.2, the reaction temperature was 34 ℃, with no catalyst. The product yield was 99.8% and with good quality. The factors affecting the yield and quality of the product were discussed.
