摘要
以尼龙酸副产物 2 亚环戊基环戊酮为原料 ,液体镍为催化剂 ,催化加氢制得了 2 环戊基环戊酮。经元素分析、GCMS、IR、1 HNMR、1 3CNMR检测 ,认为结构正确 ,色谱纯度大于 99.9%。大鼠口服LD50 雄性 53 81.5mg/kg ,雌性 5 0 87.5mg/kg。具有留兰香样的香气 ,可用作食用和日用香料。
Pure 2 cyclopentylcyclopentanone was synthesized from crude 2 cyclopentylidenecyclopentanone separated from nylon acid byproduct. The qualitative analysis and identification of 2 cyclopentylcyclopentanone was performed by EA, GCMS,IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR. The purity of 2 cyclopentylcyclopentanone is 99.9% by GC. LD 50 is 5 381.5 mg/kg (M) and 5 087.5 mg/kg (F). It presents the odour like spearmint and could be used as flaver and daily use perfume.
