摘要
采用非离子表面活性剂OP 10 ,在水溶液中将α 硝基萘粗品 (含有 3 %的 β 硝基萘 )进行乳化 ,然后冷却结晶进行分离 ,所得α 硝基萘的纯度达到 99%以上 ,收率 90 % ,废水经活性炭吸附后可重复使用一次。
Non ionic surfactant OP 10 was used in purification of raw α nitro naphthalene which containing 3% β nitro naphthalene, by emulsification, crystallization and separation. The results showed that such raw α nitro naphthalene could be purified to ≥ 99%, and the yield is up to 90%. After adsorbed with active carbon, the waste water could be reused once more.
