目的 :研究D3S135 8、D2 1S11和FGA3个STR基因座复合扩增的最佳体系。方法 :设计正交实验优化复合扩增最佳反应条件 ,然后采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离显带技术检测扩增片段。结果 :获得复合扩增条件各反应因素较为满意的参数。

Objective:To investigate the mutiplex amplification condition of STR loci D3S1358,D21S11 and FGA.Methods:contigency test were carried out in order toget the best reaction condition,then the product were checkedby using PAGE and sillver strains.Results:the satifying parameters for the mutiplex amplification were got.
