摘要
使用RAPD -PCR (randomamplifiedpolymorphicDNA—polymerasechainreaction)技术 ,分析了正杂交松丹一号西蜂 ,反杂交松丹二号西蜂及其父、母本的DNA多态性 ,结果正杂交松丹一号西蜂 ,反杂交松丹二号西蜂及其父、母本的DNA多态性均有明显的差别 ,这说明通过正杂交松丹一号与反杂交松丹二号的DNA分子发生了变异。
This paper adopted RAPD-PCR techniques and analysed DNA Polymorphisms of cis hybridization Song Dan 1 honey bees,trans hybridization Song Dan 2 honey bees and their parents.The results showed that DNA polymorphisms of Song Dan 11differentiated from Song Dan 2 and their parents.It is proved that DNA molecule of Song Dan 1 and 2 had obvious mutation arousing by hybridization.
