一种开发FMS通用仿真系统的方法

摘要 针对大多数FMS仿真系统功能单一、应用范围狭窄的问题,运用面向对象的方法设计并实现了一种可以仿真多种类型FMS的通用仿真系统。在此系统上可以任意配置车间内的资源,加工具有任意工艺流程的工件,灵活选取多种控制策略算法,并提供多种分析仿真结果。上述功能为研究车间配置方案的合理性和各种策略算法的有效性提供了良好的环境。本文介绍了仿真系统中设备类库的设计、各个设备对象协作完成Jobshop车间仿真的方法和实现通用性的组态技术。 In this paper, a multi-purpose FMS simulation system is designed and realized to extend the function range that is limited in most FMS simulation systems. Object-oriented method is explicated, including the design of equipment class libraries, the modules collaborating during simulation and the realization of configuration technology. In this simulation system, workshop layout can be allocated by users, many kinds of schedule and control algorithm can be selected and tested and various tools are provided for performance evaluation.
