摘要
针对电力竞标市场中出现的输电阻塞 ,提出了电价调整机制的想法 ,并给出相应的数学模型。该数学模型的本质是在现有的发电竞标模型中 ,嵌入一个可变的电价约束 ,使得在竞标过程中出现输电阻塞时 ,可以根据阻塞的情况自动调整相关发电厂商的报价 ,从而有效地降低输电阻塞对各发电厂商的影响 ,降低全网的购电成本 ,提高发电竞标的公平、合理性。文中使用的电价调整手段主要是基于潮流追踪所得的 2个重要系数。仿真计算结果表明 。
Aiming at the congestion in power market, the idea of bidding price adjustment and the corresponding methodology are presented. A variable price constraint is added to the original model so as to adjust the bidding price automatically when congestion occurs during the bidding process. The mechanism of bidding price adjustment is based on two coefficients derived from power flow tracing principle. The cost of buying electric power in the whole network is reduced and the disadvantageous influence to generators, which are outside the congestion region, is mitigated, with market efficiency enhanced. A 9-bus system is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
