预装式变电站综合保护装置的设计与实现 被引量:8

摘要 预装式变电站的发展趋势是数字化、智能化、集成化、网络化 ,这就要求它必须具有一体化的保护、计量、控制、温湿度检测与调节、无线通信等功能 ,综合保护装置就是针对这一趋势而设计开发的。它以基于FPGA技术的专用保护芯片为芯核 ,与 16位微处理器配合完成交流采样、全波傅里叶变换、频率测量、继电保护、录波等功能。无线组网采用了GSM通信技术 ,不受通信距离和地域限制 ,数据可安全传送至任何地点。预装式变电站内各区域的温湿度采用了模糊控制策略 ,能够适应复杂多变的控制要求。该装置现已投入实际使用 。 The development trend of prefabricated substation is towards digitization, intelligence, integration, network, which requires the functions of protection, measurement, control, monitoring and regulation of temperature and humidity, wireless communication. An integrated protection apparatus is designed and developed according to the above requirements. A specific protection chip based on FPGA technique is designed as the chip core to implement the functions of AC sampling, whole wave's FFT, frequency measurement, relay protection, recording etc with a 16-bit microprocessor. The technique of GSM short message service is adopted in wireless network, which is not limited to distance and area and can safely deliver the data to any places. A fuzzy control strategy is adopted to control the temperature and humidity of each district of the prefabricated substation, which can adapt to the complicated and various control request. Now the apparatus has applied to prefabricated substation and has good performance. This project is listed as China Torch Program (No.2002EB011301) and qualified Practical New-type Patent of China (No.02262009.5).
