Evaluation Method of High-New Technology Intrinsic Value Based On Wavelet Neural Network

针对高新技术产业的特点和小波基具有很强的自适应性和函数变化能力,提出了一种基于小波网络的高新技术产业内在价值综合评估的新方法,并在最小均方差能量准则下,采用了具体的算法求解小波函数的尺度和时延参数,以及小波网络的权值,仿真实验表明了该算法用于评估高新技术产业内在价值的可行性和有效性。此方法可用于其他类似问题的综合评估。

This paper proposes a new evaluation method of high new technology intrinsic value based on wavelet basis with characteristic of high new technology and very strongest property of self-adaption and ability of function change. Furthermore, the time parameters and scale of wavelet function and the weight of neural network are calculated in term of the minimal mean squared energy criterion, The results shown by the simulation that the method was effective and feasible for evalluating of high-new technology抯 intrinsic value, this algorithm can also be used in other similar fields.
