摘要 分析了目前配电网电压无功控制技术的现状 ,提出了基于多Agent系统实现电压无功优化控制的原理、结构及实现框架 ,并对全局电压无功优化控制的数学模型和目标函数进行了分析与改进。进一步提出配电网综合调度自动化系统的站级Agent子系统结构和实现框架 。 The current situation of voltage and reactive power control of distribution networks is analyzed. And the theory, construction and framework of voltage and reactive power optimization based on multi-agent system are presented. Meanwhile the mathematic model and the goal function of voltage and reactive power control in a whole are analyzed and improved. Furthermore, the subsystem construction of an agent station in general automation systems of distribution networks is presented, and a deep research on rule base and factual running situation has been carried out.
