摘要
报告和分析了高速激光器组件中可能出现的3种P-I曲线扭折;指出了在驱动电流20~40 mA、光功率0.3~5mW范围内的较小的P-I曲线扭折,为光学元件表面(或界面)和光纤端面光反射所致;讨论了避免或减小P-I曲线扭折的几种方法.
Three kindsof P-I curve kink from the high-speed LD , w hich c an be able to be displayed in LD test, have been reported and analyzed in this paper. They pointed out that the small P-I curve kinksat the condition of t he driving-currents20~40 mA and the optical power 0.3~5mW are because of the reflects from the boundary of some optical elementsor the surface of the optical fiber end, some method to avoid or minimum P-I curve kind have been discussed.
