箭舌豌豆品种遗传规律的研究——影响种子产量的主要遗传参数

A STUDY ON NHERITANCE PATTERN OF VICIA SATIVA VARIETY I. M AJOR PARAMETERS OF AFFETING SEED YIELD

奉研究以品种群体为试材,采用方差(协方差)分析方法,估算了箭舌豌豆品种11种性状的有关遗传参数,结果表明,除株高、千粒重外,其余主要性状如结荚苔数、结荚数、每荚粒数、单株粒重等的表现受环境影响较大,遗传力相对较低;有效分枝、结荚苔数、有效粒数与单株产量具有较显著的正相关;遗传进度则以分枝数(有效、无效)、结荚数、每荚粒数、千粒重较低,其他均比较高。本研究初步揭示了箭舌豌豆品种产量性状的遗传变异特点,选择潜力及其与环境的关系,为育种实践提供一定的理论参考。

the genetic parameters of 12 traits were estimated by varianee analysis (covariance analysis) on population of Vicica sativa vatiety. The result indicated that those major traits such as pod—bearing shoot, pods per plant, seeds per pod and seed weight per plant to be affected by environment, namely they have lower heritability, except those traits of plant height and 1000—seed weighe. The number of effective branch, pod-bearing shoot and effective seed have close correlation with yield per plant. The genetic advances of branches (inefiective one′s are included), pods per plant, seeds per pod and 1000-seed weight were lower while other traits were higher. The genetic characteristic of yield of Vicia sativa and relation of selection potentiality with environment were pramarily revealed in this paper and this results will be good theoretical refference in breedig practice.
