摘要
以鞍钢电网为例,分析了当前电网经常发生虚幻接地现象和三相电压不平衡的根本原因,提出了加装消谐阻尼装置的设计基本原则,以及不同容量的消弧线圈所配阻尼电阻值的计算方法。
