海边月见草油和饼粕的化学成分及特性 被引量:5

摘要 对海边月见草种子油的理化特性、脂肪酸组成及其饼粕的营养成分进行了分析和评价。结果表明 ,海边月见草油主要以不饱和脂肪酸为主 ,含量为 88 0 4%~ 91 88%。其中 4个产地的油酸含量为 7 91%~ 9 65 %、亚油酸为 76 44 %~ 81 70 % ,有很高的营养保健功能。饼粕中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维的含量分别为 13 6%、2 7 5 %、2 0 2 % ,氨基酸总量达12 2 5 % ,包括 8种必需氨基酸 (EAA) ,占总量的 2 7 43 %。此外 ,还含丰富的矿质元素 ,尤其是Ca、Zn的含量较为突出。 Analyses and evaluation of physical-chemical properties,fatty acid composition and nutritional components of Oenothera littaralis seed oil and its cake were conducted. The results showed that unsaturated fatty acids,such as oleic acid,linoleic acid were the major components,with the contents ranging from 7.91% to 9.65%,from 76.44% to 81.70%,respectively.The content of unsaturated fatty acid ranged from 88.04% to 91.88% in four different sources.It has very important functions and benefits for human health.The contents of crude proteins,fats and fibers were 13.6%,27.5% and 40.2% respectively.The total content of amino acids amounted to 12.25%,of which 8 kinds are essential amino acids.The ratio of EAA to TAA was 27.43%.In addition,inorganic elements were abundant,especially Ca and Zn.
