Simulation experiment of near-field scanning optical microscope with microwave

摘要 介绍了近场光学显微镜的基本原理 。 The basic principle of the near field scanning optical microscope(NSOM) is introduced. Taking the advantage that the wavelength of microwave is much longer than that of the visible light, the experiment of NSOM is simulated with the microwave instead of the visible light.
