摘要
加入WTO使我国金融业的发展纳入了经济全球化的轨道 ,开放金融市场必将对金融人才的需求结构和素质要求产生重大影响。传统金融专业教育模式培养的金融人才已不能适应新的形势 ,必须根据社会经济发展的需要 。
The entry into the WTO inosculates the development of our country's finance industry towards the global economy system. For financial personnels, it must have an great influence on the structure of requirement and the demand for qualities to open the financial market. THe financial personnels cultivated by the model of traditional speciality education in finance cannot adapt to the new situation. According to the soual requirement of economic development, we must cultivate large numbers of international financial personnels with high qualities.
