青藏铁路施工期的环境保护管理

MANAGEMENT ON ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION DURING CONSTRUCTION OF QINGHAI-TIBET RAILWAY

青藏铁路建设中的环境保护工作举世瞩目 ,为有效控制铁路施工对沿线生态环境的影响 ,青藏总指在施工中 ,探索并完善了一套行之有效的、且独具特点的施工期环保工作管理模式。本文重点就环保工作的管理体系、管理措施等做一阐述 ,以期为我国其他地区的铁路或公路建设中的环保工作提供借鉴。

The environment protection work in constructiog Qinghai Tibet railway attracts worldwide attention.In order to control effectively the influence of the railway construction on the ecological environment along the railway,the Qinghai Tibet Railway Construction Management Center explores and perfects a set of management mode for environment protection work during the railway construction.The paper presents the management system and measrues of environment protection work in details so that it can provide references for environment protection work of railway and roadway construction in other districts in Chian.
