摘要
通过现场测试和理论计算,证实了在汽轮发电机转子的同轴度测量中,由于测量表架自重产生的变形,对垂直方向的圆周偏差和端面偏差的测量结果有较大的影响,该测量误差值远大于转子安装时的精度要求。对安装质量有较大的影响,应引起重视。
By measuring the concentricity of turbogenerator rotor and computing by theories, the error of measuring concentricity has been proved because deadweight of the instrument support can obtain strain. The measured error to radial direction concentricity fro two axes is more or less 0.06mm and the measured error to parallelism for two axes is more or less than 0.02mm. Finally, the both authors give their conclusion of their research that the practical error caused by the stain of the instrument support is larger than the allowable one.
