供热机组特性系数及其在折算效率研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 由于供热机组联合供应电能和热能两种不同质量的能量,对于供热机组的经济性评价尚无完善的评价体系,现行的评价方法虽然从不同的侧面表现了供热机组的经济性,但使用不便,计算复杂,特别是可比性不强。以循环函数为基础,利用供热汽流的综合特性系数,将供热抽汽的能量折算为凝汽机组进汽量、作功量和排汽量,进而在折算特性的基础上以凝汽机组的性能指标分析供热机组的运行经济性。计算实例表明:这种折算特性具有物理意义明确、计算简便等优点,可以用于评价供热机组的运行经济性。 There is not a uniform system of performance parameters in the evaluate economy of thermal power plant, for the cogeneration supply not only electricity but also heat energy. Three current architectures: first, efficiency of fuel utilization and cogeneration-generating ration; second, the thermal efficiency of electricity generation and the heating efficiency; third, the quantity of coal saving. They reflect the economy in unit heater, but it's very discommodious in using and complex in calculation, especially in comparison. This paper is based on the meaning of characteristic coefficients; convert the energy of supplied heater to flux of main steam, emission steam, and the quantity of electric power. Then we can analyze the economy. Some typical example is given in this paper and results show that the new modal has improve significantly both comparability and the speed of the calculation, using the new model, We can evaluate the economy in unit heater, also can simplify the models of load optimizing dispatching.
