摘要
介绍了40CrNi2MoA钢制大锻件主轴的调质工艺,通过对截面不同位置处力学性能的测试和金相组织的观察,分析了热处理工艺对主轴组织与性能的影响。
This paper introduces the quenching and tempering for 40CrNi2MoA steel main shaft of heavy forging.Though studying the mechanical properties and microstructures in different position of cross-section, the effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties was analyzed.
