摘要
本文论叙了以质量为中心,以全员参与为基础,目的在于通过让顾客满意和本组织所有成员及社会受益 而达到长期成功的管理途径。以及六西格玛管理模式的特点和背景。并且对TOM与六西格玛管理模式实施过程, 方法的共同点和发展作出描述。
This paper discusses the quality-oriented management way which is based on the participation of each staff so as to satisfy the customer and benefit each member of the corporate and the society for long-term success. The characteristics and background of 6 sigma management pattern is also discussed. It also describes the conformity and development of the implementation process and method with respect of TQM and 6 sigma management patterns.
