摘要
针对水泵使用中的具体特点,应用ADMCF328设计了水泵专用变频器。该变频器采用空间矢量调制技术,提高了电源的利用率和电机的低速转矩,而且增加了巡检功能,使用更加方便、实用。文章给出该变频器的系统结构原理图和空间矢量调制技术的DSP实现原理,分析了其相电压波形并得到了实验验证。
According to the characteristics on the use of pumps,a specific inverter is desired based on the ADMCF328.The space vector modulation (SVM),which is helpful for the increasing of the power utilization and low speed torque of the pumps,is adopted;and some special functions,such as period inspection are added to the inverter.These special functions make the equipment be more facile and more practical.In this paper,the schematic circuit of the inverter and the principle of SVM achieved with DSP are given,and the phase voltage under SVM is analyzed and verified by the tests.
