摘要
通过对三菱公司 35 0MW机组抽真空系统的主要设备结构及工作原理进行分析 ,针对抽真空系统在运行过程中经常出现的凝汽器真空下降、真空泵振动及喷射器结冰堵塞等问题 ,找出了主要故障原因 。
Through analysising main equipment structure and working principle of the vaccum extraction system for 350MW unit made by Mitsubishi Company, the main causes of some faults occurred frequently in operation process of said system, such as vacuum down in the condenser, vibration of the vaccum pump, as well as icing and clogging of the ejector etc., have been found out, and corresponding preventive and improving measures being suggested.
