科技与金融是社会经济发展的主要影响因素。因此,必须采取有效措施,不断加强科技创新与金融创新的结合,促使“优良科技资源激活金融资本,金融资本催生优良科技资源”,推进我国科技产业的全面发展,推进信用体系建设和信贷结构调整,以使科技和金融企业之间建立长期、稳定、互惠的合作关系。

science and technology and finance are the main factors that influence the development of society and e-conomy. We should take effective measures to promote the combination of science and technology innovation and finance innovation closely so that excellent science and technology resources activate finance capital while finance capital accelerates excellent science and technology resources. In doing that, we should push the all-around development of science and technology industries, promote the construction of the credit system and credit structure adjustment so as to build long-term, steady and mutually beneficial cooperation relationship between science and technology enterprises and finance enterprises.
